Safety Equipment

Certain protective equipment (Armor, Back Protection, AVIP) is designed for impact protection and is subject to strict safety standards. These items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons once purchased.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an order confirmation. Your order is officially accepted when we send a confirmation email, typically within 1-2 business days after payment verification.

Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Sales Region

We currently ship globally, excluding Asia and select remote areas. We reserve the right to decline orders from certain locations.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with estimated delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with estimated delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Factors such as customs processing, weather, or carrier delays may affect delivery. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• All Armor products
• All Back Protection gear
• Any AVIP equipment
• Any apparel or accessories showing signs of wear or use

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for our authorization and Return Authorization Number
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging

5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we ship the replacement once we receive the original product. Price differences will be refunded or invoiced accordingly. Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label.
