We ship globally (excluding Asia and select remote areas) to get you ready for your next ride, fast.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal), our team springs into action. All orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two trusted shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping – $12.95
    Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping
    Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Policy Overview

We accept returns and exchanges for a full 15 days from the date you receive your items. To be eligible, all items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.

Important: Non-Returnable Items

Your safety is non-negotiable. For clear hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All Armor products (used for impact protection)
  • All Back Protection gear
  • Any AVIP (Advanced Virtual Impact Protection) equipment
  • Any apparel or accessories showing any signs of wear or use.

This strict policy ensures we maintain the highest safety standards for protective equipment that may be compromised once used.

How to Return an Item: A Simple 5-Step Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Get Authorization: Wait for our reply (within 2 business days) with instructions and your Return Authorization Number.
  3. Pack It Securely: Place the item securely in its original packaging.

Return Shipping & Refunds

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost untracked packages.

Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is our fault).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we receive the original product back. If the new item is of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference. If it’s of lower value, we will refund you the difference. Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items.

Damaged or Defective Items
