Just as our equipment is designed to protect you during your most adventurous pursuits, our returns policy is built to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to make it right.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All Armor products (used for impact protection)
- All Back Protection gear
- Any AVIP (Advanced Virtual Impact Protection) equipment
- Any apparel or accessories showing signs of wear or use
Note: This policy ensures we maintain the highest safety standards for protective equipment that may be compromised once used.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
- Wait for authorization – we’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive the original product
- If the exchange item is of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
As we serve customers worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas), please note:
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred when returning items
- We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
- Return processing may take additional time for international shipments
